Am I required to make my property available to Section 8?

Can you put the money directly into my account?
Absolutely! Funds are sent by EFT directly to your bank account every month. -
Do you sell real estate too?
Profound Properties does not sell real estate, but we have fantastic partner agents to refer you to. Just call our office for more information! -
How is rent collection handled?
Residents can pay rent online via the resident center, by mail, or by dropping rent off at our office. -
How long of a lease do you sign?
A minimum of one year to start. -
How much security deposit do you charge the tenant?
It varies depending on the market and local rules, but typically at least one month’s rent. -
How soon can you start managing my property?
Immediately! Contact our office to get started. -
What type of properties do you manage?
Single family homes, condos, townhouses, and multi-family communities up to 50 units. -
What type of reports do I get and how often?
You will receive a rental owner statement monthly, however you have access to different data and reports that can be pulled through your owner portal at any time. -
Who holds the tenant security deposit?
We hold the deposit in a trust account for the tenant.
