Yes, this is due before move-in.
How old do you have to be to apply?

18 years of age or older.

You have a property I want to rent. How do I apply?

You can apply online. Look through our properties here.
How do I pay rent?

You can pay rent online through the resident center, by mail, or by dropping it off to our office.
I want to get a pet. What do I do?

Please submit a request via the resident center or call our office.
My lease expiration is coming and I want to move out. What do I do?

Please provide your 30-day written notice via the resident center or in writing to the office.
Who is responsible for paying for repairs & maintenance requests?

The owner will pay for repairs due to wear and tear. Any resident caused damages will be the resident’s responsibility.
